Happy Weekend Clammers! All week we field your comments about your frustrations in the game and we wanted to give you and us a way for you to voice your frustrations and get it all off of your chest. And start your weekend fresh! I dont get it. I keep sending characters to drop axes, but not even one freaking axe ever appeared. Like Like. Like Jess said… The last few weeks, every time I collect the medals the app freezes and I have to close and restart.
I was hoping they are looking into it and they will do something about it but to no avail. That and the fact that there are no fast forwards has made the game cr… not as enjoyable! I have been getting the long app loading times as well but that is the least of it. Hopefully we can all send a message about these issues and maybe they can work something out? What adds to this madness is that when I go to collect medals from Quahog Historical Society the app freezes. So then I have to close and open the app again which takes way too long.
I think I just discovered if I let the app open it will unfreeze after a minute or so. Usually takes me a few extra days to complete tasks so the last week is always out of reach.
I get that they need to make money in these games but maybe reduce the costs of the surprise boxes or the characters? Its not worth spending hard earned clams for stuff. Have you checked to see if the FF feature appears, when your Clam count goes below ? I absolutely confirmed this last week: at clams, I have the FF, at or more, I do not. I went up and down twice, just to be sure. The deucedly annoying amount of time it can sometimes take for the app to go through its opening routine, sometimes seconds, more often now taking up to a full minute if not longer!!
And more annoying??? That this can sometimes happen when you just closed the app a few moments before but perhaps realized you had forgotten something, like, oh, an event area with building collections that is way the heck and gone in an unfamiliar direction!! The app was just open!! What could possibly be taking that long to sync?!?!
I agree. So then I open it and go do something else while waiting, forget about it, and have to do the whole thing over again. It honestly keeps me from playing the game more often.
